Ingersoll Rand Tool Sales Shipping Policy
Ingersoll Rand Tool Sales ships using United Parcel Service (UPS) for domestic orders and United Stated Postal Service (USPS) for international orders. Under normal circumstances orders received by 2PM EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after the 2PM cutoff time may still go out the same day, however it is not guaranteed. Shipping costs are determined by transportation method chosen, as well as the weight. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by clicking on the "Estimate shipping cost" link in the shopping cart and entering your postal code into the box. The rates will also be displayed during the checkout process prior to entering a payment method.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Ingersoll Rand Tool Sales utilizes several services from UPS to ensure you get your order when you need it. We ship overnight using UPS RED, 2-Day using UPS Blue, 3-Day using UPS ORANGE, and GROUND for all other day-to-day shipping needs. See shipping chart and table below.
GROUND - 1-6 work days, with date specific delivery guaranteed for all packages received prior to 2PM EST.
ORANGE - 3 work days, with date specific delivery guaranteed for all packages received prior to 2PM EST.
BLUE - 2 work days, with date specific delivery guaranteed for all packages received prior to 2PM EST.
RED - Overnight delivery or Next working day with date specific delivery guaranteed for all packages received prior to 2PM EST.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS USPS International Mail = Normal Delivery time is 1-3 weeks*. USPS International Priority Mail = Normal Delivery time is 7-10 days* Please note that the USPS Does not guarantee date specific deliveries, nor do they offer a tracking service for standard International mail parcels. You will receive an email from the fullfillment center when your items have shipped complete. Ingersoll Rand Tool Sales is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have left our premises. But will make every effort through the carrier to collect any losses. Ingersoll Rand Tool Sales Return Policy Ingersoll Rand Tool Sales has a no-hassle return policy. No purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 30 days of ship date when accompanied with its proper documentation and in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable). Returned orders which qualified for free shipping will have the shipping charges deducted from the refund amount. Returned orders must be accompanied by all FREE items which may have been included with the order - any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount based on the items value as stated on the website. Used, altered, damaged or missing items will be deducted from the refund total. Items which are returned not in their original packaging, are missing original documents or manuals, or are not in resellable condition will be charged a restocking fee of or 15%. We unfortunatly can't accept returns past 30 days. In order for returns to be processed, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the package. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. To receive an RMA number e-mail sales@irtoolsales.com.
